Getting to the base
From Bokonbaevo, book a vehicle to Tuz-Kol with waiting and return in advance. Access is along a dirt road near Kyzyl-Tuu. From Balykchy, allow about 73 km, including roughly 10 km from the highway. Agree the drop-off point, road conditions and price before leaving.
