How to get there
The waterfall is a day hike from Jyrgalan village: the trail leaves the village eastwards across the summer pastures. A ride brings you to Jyrgalan from Karakol; agree the time and vehicle in advance. Maps.me marks two Kok-Bel waterfalls — you need the eastern one.
